Brentnie is passionate about helping young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals who are polyamorous or apart of the kink/BDSM community strengthen their relationships, improve intimacy, develop healthy perceptions of themselves, heal through their trauma, and navigate difficult life transitions.
Brentnie holds a MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and uses a variety of highly effective, evidence-based counseling approaches. She is trained to treat stress and anxiety through the use of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and is trained to treat trauma-related issues using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). She has a specialization in Technology Assisted Counseling, which allows her to provide counseling to clients via video or phone.
In her spare time, Brentnie enjoys being outside, hiking, camping, spending time with her fur-babies and friends, cooking, reading, and watching anything Disney.
