Bridget Mayo

Bridget understands that there are many obstacles in life that can lead to issues such as burnout or feeling overwhelmed. She would love to help figure out ways to avoid burnout or develop strategies to cope with feeling overwhelmed. She is looking for individuals, later teens to adults of all genders who desire to work towards goals that will better their lives, together.

Bridget is a third-year Mental Health Counseling intern at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

During her down time, Bridget enjoys hiking around Arkansas with her family, reading, and resting in her hammock.

Bridget sees ages 18 to 65 for individual counseling.
