Carrie feels passionately about helping children, adolescents, couples, and families work through life's stressors by creating a safe, welcoming environment for you to feel comfortable sharing your problems.
It is okay to NOT be okay and you will be treated with respect and an empathetic ear. She wants to help you gain insight regarding your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that YOU can decrease stress and reach YOUR goals while creating positive changes in your life.
Carrie holds a MSE in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. She has 15 years of experience working with children and families in the school setting.
As your counselor, she will help you individually overcome the challenges you are facing and help you gain insight to better manage your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
In Carrie's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, gardening, and bird watching.
