Christina Griffin

Christina believes the most important aspect of counseling is the therapeutic relationship. She is passionate about providing a non-judgmental environment in which children, adolescents, adults, and couples can be open and honest about their fears, struggles, and difficult emotions in order to move toward a healthier and more mindful life.

Christina obtained a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. Since becoming a counselor she has taken every opportunity to learn and grow in the field and serves on the board of the Arkansas Mental Health Counseling Association. In therapy, she uses a range of effective, evidence-based counseling techniques, tailoring her approach to fit the individual needs of her clients.

Christina specializes in helping female adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders or trauma and couples who wish to build a stronger relationship.

In her spare time, Christina loves spending time in nature with her dog, traveling to new places, and can always be found with a book in her hand. She enjoys playing board games with her friends and can be found all summer at the lake with her family.
