Jasmine is passionate about helping adults from all walks of life process complicated emotions and real-world situations that cause undue stress. Her purpose as your therapist is to provide a safe, judgement-free zone for you to overcome the hardships you are facing and make more room for the happiness you deserve.
Jasmine holds a MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and has six years of experience in the Army National Guard. She uses a range of highly effective, evidence-based counseling approaches to treat each client's individual needs. Jasmine specializes in the care of Veterans, service members and their families, and those in similar career fields. She primarily draws techniques from Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy modalities.
In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys being outdoors, reading, exercising, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her two daughters.
