Kristy’s passion is to help children, adolescents, individuals and families strengthen their relationships, develop balanced beliefs about themselves, the world, and those around them. Through their own self discovery and acquiring a set of lifelong tools, clients are able to find healing and restoration during treatment.
Kristy holds a Masters of Science in Counseling from Henderson State University and uses a range of highly effective, evidence-based counseling approaches. She is trying to treat PTSD and trauma related issues through CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). She has also been trained in PCIT, (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) providing vital tools for parents with children 2 years old- 7 years old displaying disruptive behaviors.
In her spare time, Kristy enjoys reading, watching documentaries and spending time with her two children while being outdoors, playing and making memories.
