Rachel uses proven approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, and Brainspotting to help clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, grief, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues.

She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and can incorporate yoga or meditation into your treatment.

Rachel is available for in-person talk therapy at North Little Rock, walk and talk therapy, sound immersion therapy, and private yoga sessions.
