As a therapist, Rich is academically trained but shaped by his life experience. Rich helps adolescents, men, women, and couples by walking alongside them through their world. He supports clients in uncovering and understanding their emotions and the genesis of these feelings, then using that understanding to generate concrete actions to help the client be a better partner, parent, or person. Rich wants his clients to the best, most authentic versions of themselves. Rich believes that we as people have been created to be together in community, and it is through this community and working together to stand beside one another that life is made better.
In his spare time, Rich is involved in life at Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock, as well as Scouting with his two boys. He likes to spend time with his family and go on dates with his wife. Rich also likes to listen to audio books and watch any of the new Star Trek series when he has time.
