Sarah holds an MA in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Sarah is competent in many areas, including mood disorders and LGBTQ+ issues. Sarah enjoys working with adults and adolescents of both genders. She has a specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Sarah is dedicated to helping people of many populations make life changes with the support of talk therapy. Sarah believes that empathy and compassion foster personal growth and that having a trusted listener promotes real change.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, and running. Sarah is interested in anything creative. She spends most of her free time entertaining her 3 dogs.
