Kennedy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships that help clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults, guiding them through life’s challenges with respect for their unique strengths and experiences.
Kennedy earned her Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. She is trained in evidence-based trauma therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which she integrates with other evidence-based approaches to tailor care to each individual’s needs.
Kennedy takes pride in supporting clients with diverse needs, including neurodivergence and developmental differences. She adapts every session to fit the client’s needs, aiming to create therapy that is relevant, meaningful, and effective for each person.
When outside of the office, Kennedy enjoys simple moments outdoors, creative hobbies, good food, and meaningful time with friends.
