Peyton Woodruff

Peyton is passionate about helping her clients identify and process their trauma, as well as to learn to live a healthy life, even when facing unhealthy relationships and triggers. Peyton enjoys working with older adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
Peyton graduated with a Master’s and Educational Specialist’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University in 2018. Peyton has had first-hand experience working with significant trauma and crisis, as well as working with a variety of family types. Peyton enjoys using trauma modalities, such as EMDR, CPT, and yoga, to strengthen the mind-body connection, decreasing the overall physiological symptoms clients often experience.
In her spare time Peyton enjoys spending time with her family; husband, toddler, baby, and two black labs. Peyton likes to read and spend time in relationship with her friends and community.
