Russ Holmes

Russ feels that at the heart of every individual and family lies an intricate tapestry of emotions, relationships, and experiences. As a dedicated therapist, he aims to help you find paths to understanding, healing, and growth where you can confront your challenges and rediscover your strengths.
Russ will be a May Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy graduate from John Brown University. He also has a BA from the University of Alabama and an MDivBL from The Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Russ enjoys walks with his wife in his spare time, playing with his dogs Angie and Banjo, a good read, camping, the outdoors, college sports, music, and his 1966 Mustang Convertible.
Russ sees adults, couples, and seniors.
