Hi, I'm Russell! I’m a veteran-turned-therapist who spent a long time trying to figure life out.

I changed my major three or four times in college because nothing quite fit. I became an Army Airborne Infantryman partly to test myself and partly to test my faith. I used the GI Bill to chase more education, earned an MBA, coached CrossFit—always searching, always building, always hoping the next thing would be the thing that made it all click.

Turns out, I couldn't work my way to worth. But I could learn how to stop chasing and start paying attention. That's what led me to this work. I found the mental health world invigorating because I genuinely love the process of becoming and growing into a better version of myself and helping others do the same.

Now I help people who know that loop well—the ones who've done "all the right things" but still feel like something's off, or who are tired of performing with a mask of confidence they don't actually feel. Maybe you can relate.

I work with exhausted professionals wondering why "enough" never feels like enough, couples who love each other but keep having the same frustrating fights, and anyone sorting through inherited beliefs to figure out what's actually theirs.

My approach is practical and collaborative. I'm not here to nod quietly while you vent for an hour (though venting has its place). I'm here to ask the questions that help you see what's really going on, challenge the patterns that aren't serving you, and help you build a life that actually fits.

I'm trained in several evidence-based approaches—including EMDR for trauma—and integrate them all to address your situation and apply what actually works for you.

If you're ready to stop chasing, too, and start building something that fits, reach out and let's talk.
